Happy Thanksgiving!

There is so much I am thankful for this year. Family, friends and health definitely top my list! Here are a few of my favorite people. Oh, and it also happens to be my birthday, so I am thankful to have another one! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Sunday Funday at Gatti Town!

Sunday Funday continued at Gatti Town where we went with cousins Beth, Taylor, and Morgan {and Jaxson, coming soon!} As soon as we ate dinner {while watching Monsters Inc.} Morgan said she needed to "show" Troy something "real quick." I love Luke's unbridled enthusiasm, and Morgan's killer pose. She was ready to get out on the Town, sorta speak...

Luke immediately found something with buttons you could push, and the bright lights were an added bonus.

Here is Morgan bowling. Taylor ask if Luke would like to give it a whirl. After throwing the ball at both pregnant Beth, and another innocent bystander, he took off down another boy's lane {mom in pursuit. thank goodness everyone was laughing and no pictures were taken!}. Um, I guess he is not ready for bowling...

Morgan, quit posing and watch the road! This little girl is the cutest thing ever, and is going to be the best big sister you could imagine! She is also quite the dancer... her dad got the funniest video ever! If she is not signed up for dance lessons, she should be! And possibly gymnastics, and modeling... You should probably just go ahead and invest in ammunition for all the boys that will be knocking on your door!

1st Friday on the Green

I heard about 1st Friday on the Green, a great event that takes place, as you might think, on the first Friday of the month. It runs from April to October, and I'm so bummed that this was our first time out. We will definitely be back next year! There is local food, beer and bands. What more could you ask for? Luke really enjoyed his first concert. We listened to local band Telegraph Canyon, and they were great! Luke even got down and danced. The weather has been so nice we are trying to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Labor Day with the Simonton's and Matthews!

Troy was in one of his best friend's weddings this labor day weekend in good old Denver! Troy flew out Wednesday to start the festivities, and I joined him on Friday. Beth and Taylor, and big help Morgan, babysat for "my baby Luke" as Morgan took to calling him. Here are a couple of pictures Taylor sent me, and I know there are more from the Matthews' crew! Luke had a great time staying with the Simonton's, and visiting the entire family for the annual Matthews' reunion during the day! Thanks everyone for watching our sweet little guy! And congrats Jen and Eddie, it was a wonderful and joyous wedding weekend!

Morgan was a huge help. She loved baby Luke. Here she is feeding him. Since Luke loves to eat, this was a perfect activity for both of them! Appropriately this one was titled "Morgan feeds my baby Luke." Dang they sure are cute!

Here is Uncle Bill with the little ones. This one was titled "Be afraid. Be very afraid." It's the only time I worried all weekend :) Just kidding Uncle Bill, you are great with the kiddos!

Easter Brunch

It was a great Easter! We hunted eggs, and headed to Lambert's to eat a delicious brunch. Queenie and Boompa got Luke a slide that he loves, it was a great day.

Luke had a great time meeting another great grandparent! Another 90th birthday in 2009! We had a great time celebrating with Buck in Oklahoma. It sure is great to be with family. We love y'all very much!
